How does Flaric+ work?
Two gentle stages. In Gather, you capture whatever is on your mind — thoughts, questions, images, links — as Notes inside a topic. In Clarify, Flaric+ reads those notes and reflects them back as a calm, sectioned Overview: the themes that recur, the questions still open, and what seems to matter most.
Is Flaric+ a therapy, medical, or crisis service?
No. Flaric+ helps you organise and reflect on your own thoughts. It does not diagnose, give medical or mental-health advice, or replace a professional or someone you trust, and it is not a crisis service. If you're ever in crisis or danger, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline.
Is my data private? Do you train AI on it?
Your content is private. It's stored securely and encrypted at rest, sent to the AI only in the minimum needed to produce your Overview, and never written to our logs in plain text. We never use your content to train AI models, and you can delete everything at any time.
What are credits, and how many do I get?
Gathering and syncing are free, and every new account gets 15 one-time starter credits to try Clarify and Find resources. One Overview costs one credit; research costs two. Free credits do not refill. Pro includes 40 credits each month and unlocks export and BYOK, and anyone can top up with credit packs.
What is “Bring Your Own Key” (BYOK)?
BYOK is a Flaric+ Pro option. Connect your own AI provider key (Anthropic, OpenAI, and more) and your generations run on your provider usage instead of Flaric+ credits. Your key is stored only in your browser. Manage it on the Plans & credits page.
Can I export or share my Overview?
With Flaric+ Pro you can export a topic — its notes and Overview — as a Markdown file in one click, to keep or share with someone you trust. Open it with any text editor or Markdown viewer. Sharing is always your choice; Flaric+ never sends anything on your behalf.
Can I use Flaric+ on my phone, and does it work offline?
Yes. Install Flaric+ as an app, and your topics, notes, and Overviews sync across phone, tablet, and desktop. You can capture thoughts and screenshots even with no signal — they save on your device and sync when you're back online.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Go to the Plans & credits page and choose “Delete account.” It closes any active subscription, removes your Stripe customer profile, permanently erases your account and everything you've gathered from Flaric+ Cloud, and clears the copies on your device. This can't be undone.
How do I upgrade, top up, or manage billing?
Everything lives on the Plans & credits page — upgrade to Pro, buy a credit pack, connect your AI key if you are Pro, or open the billing portal to manage your subscription.
What does Priority email response mean?
Support requests sent from Pro accounts are marked [PRO] in our inbox so they can be handled before Free requests when there is a queue.
