How to get from scattered thoughts to a calm, clear Overview. Flaric+ has two gentle stages — here's what each one is for and how to get the most from it.
Everything in Flaric+ begins with a topic — anything that's on your mind that you want to think through. Click New Topic in the sidebar, give it a name (“Work”, “A decision I'm weighing”, “Sleep”), and you have a private home for everything that follows.
Don't overthink the name or wait until your thoughts feel tidy. The whole point of the Gather stage is to capture freely before you sort anything. You can rename a topic, and you can keep as many as you like.
Inside a topic you gather Notes. Each note holds material of any kind — a thought, a question, an image or screenshot, a reference, or a link. Add a note, then drop material into it. There's no need to organise as you go; capturing is the job here.
This is the heart of Flaric+. The Overview in the next stage is drawn entirely from these notes — so the more honestly you capture, the more the Overview will feel like your own thoughts, reflected back.
When a topic has enough in it, move to Clarify and click Create Overview. Flaric+ reads your notes and reflects them back as a calm, sectioned Overview — the themes that recur, the questions still open, what seems to matter most, and what you might choose to share with someone you trust.
Every section traces back to the notes it came from: hover a section to see its sources. The Overview is an editable draft for your reflection, not a verdict — edit a source note, then regenerate. You can keep previous versions in Clarify History or replace them.
Flaric+ organises and reflects; it doesn't diagnose or advise, and it isn't a substitute for a professional or someone you trust.
An Overview can be a quiet thing you keep for yourself — or something you choose to share with a partner, friend, coach, therapist, or doctor. Sharing is always your choice; Flaric+ never sends anything on your behalf.
With Flaric+ Pro you can export a topic — its notes and Overview — as a Markdown file in one click, to keep your own copy or hand to someone you trust. Open it with any text editor or Markdown viewer.
What you gather is private. Your content is stored securely, sent to the AI only in the minimum needed to produce your Overview, never written to our logs in plain text, and never used to train AI. You can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time from the Plans & credits page.
Flaric+ is a space for reflection — not a medical, clinical, or crisis service, and not a replacement for the people in your life. If some of what you gather sounds heavy, Flaric+ may gently surface real helplines. If you're ever in crisis or danger, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline.
Gathering and syncing are free, and a new account includes 15 one-time starter credits to try Clarify and Find resources. One Overview costs one credit and research costs two. Starter credits do not refill; top up with a one-off credit pack or choose Pro for 40 credits every month.
Prefer to use your own AI provider? Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) is available with Pro: connect your own key and generations run on your provider usage instead of Flaric+ credits. Your key is stored only in your browser. Everything — upgrading, top-ups, and your key — lives on the Plans & credits page.
Create Overview says I'm out of credits. Buy a credit pack or upgrade to Pro for 40 monthly credits. Pro users can also connect their own key with BYOK.
The Overview feels generic. That usually means the notes were thin. Go back to the Gather stage, add the missing context in your own words, and regenerate.
My notes aren't on my other device. Make sure you're signed in with the same email — signing in syncs your topics, notes, and Overviews across phone, tablet, and desktop.
The sign-in link opened in another browser. Return to the Flaric+ window where you started and enter the six-digit code from the same email. This keeps the session in Safari or the Home Screen app.
