These terms cover your use of Flaric+. We’ve kept them as plain as we can.
Flaric+ (“the Service”) is operated by Styps Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don’t use Flaric+.
Flaric+ is a private space to gather your thoughts — notes, questions, images, and references — and to reflect them back to you as a calm, organised Overview using AI.
It is a tool for personal reflection and organisation. You stay in control of what you capture, what you generate, and what you choose to do with it.
Flaric+ is not a medical, clinical, psychological, therapeutic, or diagnostic service, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, counsellor, or any other professional. It does not provide medical or mental-health advice or treatment, and it is not a companion or a replacement for the people in your life.
The AI organises and reflects your own material; it does not assess, diagnose, or advise. Any Overview is a draft for your reflection, not professional guidance.
Sign-in is passwordless — we email you a one-time code and sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Flaric+.
Flaric+ offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, plus optional one-time credit packs. New Free accounts receive 15 one-time starter credits for AI Overviews and research; these starter credits do not refill. Pro includes a monthly credit allowance and unlocks export and BYOK. AI actions consume credits.
Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Plans & credits page and may change with notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe — Flaric+ never sees or stores your full card details.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on the Plans & credits page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Credit packs are non-refundable once any credit has been used, and refundable only if completely unused and requested within 14 days.
To prevent abuse, repeated refund requests may be rate-limited, reviewed, or declined where they appear to be duplicate, fraudulent, or outside the policy above.
If you use your own AI key (BYOK) as a Pro user, Flaric+ does not spend Flaric+ credits for those generations — you pay your AI provider directly for that AI usage.
BYOK is available with Flaric+ Pro. You may connect your own AI provider key; when you do, you pay that provider directly for usage and must comply with their terms. Your key is stored only in your browser and is not stored or logged on Flaric+’s servers.
You keep all rights to the topics, notes, and Overviews you create in Flaric+.
You grant Flaric+ a limited licence to store and process this content only to provide the Service — including sending the minimum needed to an AI provider to generate an Overview when you ask. We do not use your content to train AI models. You are responsible for the content you submit.
With Flaric+ Pro, you can export a topic — its notes and Overview — as a Markdown file to keep or share. Sharing is always your choice; Flaric+ never sends your content to anyone on your behalf.
Don’t use Flaric+ to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive material; don’t try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; and don’t resell or misrepresent it. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, abuse refunds, or abuse the Free plan.
Flaric+ relies on third parties including AI providers (such as Anthropic), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudinary (image storage), Tavily (resource research), and Vercel and Neon (hosting and data). Your use of features that depend on them is also subject to their terms, and Flaric+ is not responsible for their actions or outages.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated Overviews may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing them and for any decisions you make. Flaric+ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flaric+ and Styps Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Service or these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where Styps Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
